Hedge repairing at The Triangle – volunteers and business

24th November saw volunteers from the community and from two businesses filling in the gaps in the hedge along the sewage works fenceline at the Triangle which was planted by Thame Green Living and 21st Century Thame just a few years ago.

The hedge plants were surrounded by weeds that were cleared away and any gaps were filled with trees from the Woodland Trust Free Trees for Schools and Community

The business volunteers were from Rhubarb Seating and from Mitsibushi Fork Lifts as part of the company’s bid to be awarded a Thame Sustainability Champion Award.

The tree planting was arranged by 21st Century Thame as part of it’s #ThameTrees project.
