The trees are arriving, the labels are ready…all we need are some more tree guardians!
Could you plant and adopt a tree or adopt a stretch of hedge for watering?
Upcoming projects in the following locations need adopters within walking distance –
Churchill Crescent, Lenthall Green, Queen Elizabeth Circle, Elms Park.
You only need to water in the summer months, once a week, this year and next – unless it’s rained in which case you can have a week off! (Trees will be grouped in threes, so three adopters will share the watering of their 3 trees to allow once-weekly visits for convenience). No cost involved. We’d love families in particular to get involved and hope children will enjoy watching their trees grow.
