Thame Repair Cafe is always looking for new members to our volunteer team.
The Cafe is usually the 3rd Saturday of every month and from March will be at the Thame Scout Hut.
We need repairers on the day :
- for electrical items like electrical garden equipment, sewing machines, radios – we’ll give most things a go
- for textiles like bed linen, clothing, childrens cuddly toys
- for sharpening knives, scissors, shears
- for wooden items that might need glueing
- we’d like to offer some upholstery too
We need helpers on the day :
- welcome people in, do some paperwork, chat to visitors
