This is why 21st Century Thame started it’s Hedgehog Highways Project. Hedgehogs can thrive in our gardens so long as our gardens are connected to allow them to roam the distances they need.

Let’s keen the hedgehogs off the roads by giving them the space they need.

Don’t pay for slug pellets which are bad for hedgehogs – share your garden with the wildlife that surrounds us.

Let the hedgehogs in and they can help keep the slug and snail population down.

Make your garden safe for hedgeghogs with lots of hedgehog friendly features. Hedgehogstreet.org is a great source of information about this. https://www.hedgehogstreet.org/help-hedgehogs/helpful-garden-features/.

To find out more about our projects specifically in Thame please do go to our Hedgehog Highways Project page and read all our Hedgehog Highways news.

Thanks to B P Collins for their wonderful sponsorship of this project 2023.
